Sharpen or replace?
The maths is simple.
A new #10 blade costs £30–£45. Sharpened properly, the same blade lasts 8–12 sharpens at £7 each. A salon with 10 blades in rotation saves hundreds a year.
We don't sell tools, so when we say a blade is past saving, there's nothing in it for us. That's the point.
