Everything is designed so you never lose a working day. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you request a pack to the moment your tools are back on the table.

Request your pack
Order online in about a minute. Tell us roughly what you're sending so we can include enough sleeves. No payment yet.
- 02
Your pack arrives
First class, usually next day. Inside: padded mailer, 6 numbered blade sleeves, 3 scissor wraps, an order slip and a prepaid tracked label.
- 03
Pack and post
Sleeve each blade, wrap each scissor, add the slip and seal it. Drop it at any Post Office or Royal Mail parcel point.

Check-in
We log and photograph every tool and email you a check-in note: what we received, anything we spotted and the final price.

Sharpen and test
Blades honed flat and re-set, scissors re-ground to their original angle, every tool test-cut. Usually within 48 working hours.

Back to you
Oiled, sleeved and returned Tracked 24. You pay by card once your check-in note arrives. Trade accounts pay monthly.

- C5 padded mailer with a prepaid Tracked 48 label
- 6 numbered blade sleeves (ask for more for big orders)
- 3 card scissor wraps and a padded sleeve for convex scissors
- Order slip with space for notes ("tighter pivot please")
- Return label for the next time, so the pack becomes a habit
Posting your own parcel?
No problem. Follow these five rules and your tools will arrive in the state they left.
- Wrap each blade on its own: card or bubble wrap, teeth covered
- Close scissors and wrap the blades in card, tips taped
- Use a padded envelope or small box, not a plain envelope
- Include your name, phone, email and return address
- Post it tracked. For convex scissors, use Special Delivery

If it's not right, we redo it free.
If anything we sharpened isn't cutting right within 14 days, send it back with a note. We re-sharpen it and cover postage both ways.
